Best Bite – Olives for Lunch
It should be no surprise that at an olive oil conference the olives on the table at lunch are good. But what a delight to eat olives that are locally harvested, properly cured, not over salted and aren’t biting with too much vinegar.
Every day we had a bowl on the table with a selection of varietals, each wonderful.
